24-hour cancellation policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the booked session will be able to reschedule without extra fee. Otherwise, the full booked session fee will be charged, 20% off is offered to reschedule the session though.
For the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, 10% handling fee is required for reschedule.
